The hotel is centrally located in town, making it convenient to access everything. It is close to cafes, restaurants, waterfront parklands, and grocery stores. Our deluxe twin room had a fridge, beautiful water views, and a fire alarm.

The place was reasonably priced. Everything was great, the room was reasonably spacious and cheap with comfortable bed, the bathroom plus a very nice atmosphere. Liked tapas bar and its hot drinks...

The room we booked was spacious and had been recently updated, including a fridge and heating, overlooking the harbor and restaurant.

Tbh, had a wonderful stay for one night. We truly enjoyed the comforts of this ideal central hotel. The room itself was generous-sized and recently renovated here with out to the harbour, an exceptionally comfortable bed and the fridge.

This place is lovely and well-maintained – the rooms are super spacious and budget-friendly. The location is awesome, just a mile from the marina. Plus, you have a coffee shop and plenty of restaurants nearby 🍔.

The location was favourable and perfect, the public spaces were fairly clean and the staff was lively. The room was well priced and functional, and with a relaxing view of town. They recommended an excellent restaurant with attractive menu. The service was good, the food was great.

The contemporary design made our stay in the cozy hotel enjoyable, and the friendly staff added to the experience, not to mention its convenient central location.

i paid an extra $30 for an ocean view which was a bit of the harbour where the industrial area was if i had known that i would have stayed in the city view room i think they should have explained that to me.

Functional and updated rooms. A refrigerator, coffee and tea making facilities, and a sitting area were convenient. Excellent, favourable location in Gladstone centre.

Amazing staff willing to lend a helping hand in any way possible made the stay extra special. Convenient location, close to local attractions and recreational facilities. The cosy rooms with sustainable and healthy bathroom essentials were a great touch.

The ageing carpet and outdated bathroom let the comfortable room down a little. But it did not ruin our romantic escape.

The restaurant and it's staff were excellent. Service was efficient and friendly while the meals were reasonably priced and of excellent quality.

The appearance of the hotel when approached from the carpark left a little to be desired.

The internet pictures do not much the room I got. The pool was out of order and I was looking forward to a swim, internet didnt state it was out of action. In room 201 there is a gap runs right round the roof. The hot tap fellow off on my husbands foot, its quite heavey from that distance. Tv reception not very good.
